Pete Curran brings us to the end of our series on the Apostles’ Creed with the last statement “We believe in the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting”.
As we resume our series in the Apostles’ Creed, a slight mix up with the titles for the talks in the series left Ian Macnair with a lot of ground to cover – the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church and the communion of saints.
Bob Telford continues our series looking at the Apostles’ Creed, tackling a large section all about Jesus – “We believe in Jesus Christ, [God’s] only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the dead.”
Our new series for the Autumn is based around the Apostles’ Creed, an ancient statement of Christian faith. The first statement is “I believe in God the Father, Almighty, creator of heaven and earth.”
